Donating with us is simple, secure, and impactful. Whether you have a single bag of clothes or larger household items, we’ve made the process easy so your generosity can quickly reach those who need it most.
Sort & Prepare
Start by gathering the items you’d like to give. Please ensure everything is:

Clean, washed, and in good, usable condition

Packed neatly in bags or boxes for easy transport

⚠️ Collection Fee: We charge a small fee of £10 per pick-up.
This contribution helps us in three important ways:

Funds Projects – Your fee directly supports our Rough Sleeper Project and other community initiatives led by GROAD.

Reduces Carbon Footprint – By organising grouped and scheduled collections, we cut down on unnecessary journeys, making our donation service more eco-friendly.
